| Two and a half years. For a blog, I'd imagine that's pretty good. I
don't know what the average life span is for something like this, but
judging from all the abandoned lots around here I think that's a
respectable amount. Not too long, not overstaying the welcome. If it
was a relationship, you'd say 'We did good. We fulfilled all
expectations, met our obligations, had many more good times than bad,'
and then you'd wave slowly, smile the smile of well-earned experience,
tip your hat (if you had a hat), and walk away, no regret in your
heart.
I've had many more good times than bad, but it is that time. I'm sure I'll
be reading and commenting on your blogs. But mine has been packed up.
